Managed artist deliverables for H+ Creative's contribution to HP's REGEN activation — an Antarctic-themed 360° fulldome experience at Coachella 2022. Oversaw quality control and format compliance for immersive dome projection across a 90-foot spherical canvas. Attended on the ground to document the activation firsthand.

Led on-ground operations for H+ Creative's booth at ComplexCon 2021 — one of the event's first physical NFT activations. Managed setup, breakdown, signage, and QR code NFT purchase deployment. Built a photo booth that captured attendee emails and automated image delivery.
