Justin Hien is a Los Angeles-based creative coordinator and producer who got his start accidentally.

In high school he picked up iPhone photography and got obsessed, not just with the images but with the community that formed around them. Before DMs existed, connections happened through comments. That curiosity took him to London, San Francisco, and eventually Japan, where he spent months doing street photography, fashion shoots, and working with local creatives across photography, fashion, and music. Each place sharpened the instinct for how creative work actually gets made.

He came back wanting to understand the mechanics behind what he'd been doing instinctively. A marketing degree followed, spent consulting for small businesses along the way.

That foundation brought him to H+ Creative in 2020, where he coordinates projects between roster artists and major brand clients across campaigns for Nike, Coachella, The Rolling Stones, Sphere Las Vegas, and more.

Outside of work he's deep in gaming, electronic music, and any excuse to try something new.
